Terms of Service

Effective date: These terms take effect on publication, October 22, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.titledeskacademy.com and the courses sold there (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Andreus Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Title Desk Academy ("TDA", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

TDA offers the online Dealership Title Clerk & Biller Certificate program, a self-paced course in English and Spanish: - Core course: $397 one-time payment, 38 lessons, quizzes, capstone practice deal jackets, final exam and certificate of completion. Both languages are included. - Florida add-on: $79 one-time payment, sold separately. Requires the core course.

The certificate is a certificate of completion for professional training. It is not a state license, government credential or legal advice. Course content is general education; always verify current requirements with your state agency.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use the Services. You must give accurate information when you enroll and keep your login private. Accounts are for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is by card only, processed through our platform provider Kajabi and its payment processor (Stripe). You will receive an emailed receipt. We do not issue invoices and do not offer group or bulk pricing. A company card may be used at checkout. Promotional prices (such as founding pricing) may end on the stated date.

4. Access period

Each purchase includes 6 months of access starting on the date of purchase. Access ends after that period unless we state otherwise in writing.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. See our Refund Policy.

6. License and intellectual property

All course videos, text, worksheets, quizzes and other materials are owned by Andreus Holdings LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for your own training during your access period. You may not share logins, copy, resell, redistribute, record or publish the content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or end access for violations, without refund.

8. Third-party services

The site runs on Kajabi, payments are handled by Stripe, and we use Google Analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee employment, promotion, compliance outcomes, or that content reflects every state's current rules. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TDA's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including fines, penalties or losses from title or registration errors.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Andreus Holdings LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
