This Privacy Policy explains how Andreus Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Title Desk Academy ("TDA", "we", "us"), collects and uses information through https://www.titledeskacademy.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, billing details, and optional checkout fields such as dealership name; messages you send to support.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Kajabi and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Course activity: lessons completed, quiz and exam results, and certificate records.
- Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar data collected through cookies.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies needed to run the site and your login (set by Kajabi), and Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Advertising cookies and pixels. We may use advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads tags to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites. These tools may collect information about your visits through cookies or similar technologies. 3. How we use information
To deliver courses and certificates, process payments and send receipts, provide support, send course and account emails, send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime), improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run TDA, including Kajabi (site, courses, email), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and advertising partners such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads if we use them, when required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
5. Retention
We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed for records, taxes, certificate verification, and legal obligations. We keep customer data for 3 years after your purchase, then delete or anonymize it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@titledeskacademy.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and our providers use industry-standard security. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. International users
TDA is based in the United States, and information is processed in the U.S.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date.
